                   Case called several times since morning but none turned up on behalf of complainant. It is already 3.20 P.M. No further wait is justified. Today was the 6^th opportunity for the entire evidence of complainant, but neither the complainant turned up no he produced any evidence. It appears that the complainant is no more interested to proceed further with the present complaint. Therefore, the present complaint stands dismissed in default.
