Today, the counsel for the complainant suffered a statement that the matter has been settled between the parties and the OP has agreed to make the payment of Rs.60,300/- as full and final settlement or the claim in this case in view of the undertaking given by the OP to make the payment of Rs.60,300/-. So he withdraw the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied with the compromise.
