09.04.2009. Presesnt: Sh.Avtar Singh, complainant with Sh.Sanjev Sharma,Adv.counsel for the complainant. Sh.Jaswinder Singh,Adv.counsel for the Ops 1 to 3. In view of the statement of the parties, recorded today separately, the complaint is allowed to withdraw his complaint and directd to file his claim on claim for aafter attaching necessar documents mentioned therin.the Ops-Bajaj Allianz shall decided his claim as per the law within 2 month after receipt of the claim form and other necessary documents. So the complaint being pre-mature is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainanat shall have a right to file the fresh complaint, if any, on the same cause of action aftger the decision of the OPs-Bajab Allianz, No order as to costs, File be consisgend to record room.
