Today is fixed for hearing the petition dated 01.02.2021 for amendment (MA/14/2021) and objection, if any, in the meantime.

Complainant files hazira through the Ld. Advocate as well as O.P. Nos.1, 2, 3, 4 & 5. Ld. Advocate for the O.P. Nos.6 & 7 also files hazira. The petition dated 01.02.2021 for amendment (MA/14/2021) is taken up for hearing and order.

Heard the Ld. Advocate for all the parties in full. Ld. Advocate for the O.P. Nos.1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 raise objection but he did not file written objection. Perused the complaint and the petition dated 01.02.2021 the amendment sought for is formal in nature and will not change the nature and character of the case. Accordingly, the prayer for amendment is allowed. Amend the complaint and register accordingly. The complainant is directed to file amended complaint by the date fixed after serving the copy to the other side.

Fix 11.03.2022 for filing amended complaint by the complainant. Additional written version, if any, by the other side.
