Sat Narain age about 69 years, son of Sh. Radha Kishan, resident of 231, HBL, Housing Board, Colony, Jind Road, Kaithal.

Office at Bajaj Allianz House, Airport Road, Yerwada, Pune-4011006 through its MD/ Authorized Person.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     ……….                         Sh. C.L. Uppal, Advocate for OPs.

 

                        Power of attorney filed by OP. On the request of the counsel for the parties, case put up in Lok Adalat. Ld. Counsel for both the parties made a jointly statement that the compromise has been effected between the parties today by intervention of Pre National Lok Adalat. As per the settlement respondent/Insurance Company is ready  to make the payment of an amount of Rs.93309/- to the complainant in full and final settlement of his claim within 30 days from today and complainant is ready  to accept the settlement amount.  

                        Ld. Counsel for complainant also made a statement that as per the above statement he withdraw the present complaint.

                        Heard. In view of the statement of Ld. Counsel for both the parties, the present complaint is hereby disposed-off being compromised in Pre National Lok Adalat. Both the parties are bound by their own statements. Copy of this order be sent to both the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
