          Complaint under Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019

                              Today, Shri Daljit Singh Chhillar, Advocate, has appeared on behalf of complainant and filed power of attorney executed in his favour. Complainant has made a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that due to technical defect he wants to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file afresh within the limitation period, as per law. Said statement has duly been identified by the learned counsel for the complainant.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement of the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file afresh complaint, as per law. Assistant of this Commission is directed to handover the original documents, if any, to the complainant after retaining photocopies of the same on the file, on proper receipt and verification. Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room.
