The complaint filed by the complainant is hereby allowed in part with cost of Rs.1,000/-. The opposite parties jointly and severally shall pay a sum of Rs.2,17,459/- towards the damages cvaused and a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards mental agony and hardship in total a sum of Rs.2,27,459/- to the complainant. The payable amount under this order shall carry interest at the rate of 10% per annum from the date of complaint till realization. This order shall be compled by the opposite parties within a period of 60 days from the date of the communication of the order.
