ORDER Taken up through video conferencing. 1. No one is present for the petitioners. Ms. Suman Bagga, advocate, learned counsel is present for the respondent. 2. This petition has been filed against concurrent findings of two fora below, whereby the complaint has been dismissed. 3. However, learned counsel for the respondent insurance company submits, on instructions, that, on re-examination of the matter on facts and law, the respondent insurance company is ready and willing to pay the insured declared value (IDV) amounting to Rs. 4,27,280/- within four weeks from today as full and final settlement. 4. The submission is recorded, and the petition is so disposed of. 5. The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to the petitioners and to the respondent and as also to their learned counsel within three days.
