File taken up today on the application of learned counsel for the complainant, which is fixed for 28.03.2022. Parties have effected compromise. Learned counsel for opposite party No. 1 has suffered statement that the opposite party No. 1 offers a sum of Rs.1,23,000/- to the complainant in full and final settlement of all claims put forth through this complaint and the payment will be made to the complainant within 45 days from today. Learned counsel for the complainant has also suffered statement that he has heard the above statement and the same is acceptable to the complainant. He further stated that the complaint may be disposed of accordingly and the payment be made by way of account payee cheque.

In view of the aforesaid statements of learned counsels for the complainant and opposite party No.1, the present complaint stands disposed of accordingly and the parties shall remain bound by their statements. File be consigned to the record room.
