At this stage, the learned counsel for the opposite party has suffered statement that the opposite party offers a sum of Rs. 1,90,000/- to the complainant in full and final settlement of all claims put forth through this complaint and the payment will be made to the complainant within two months from today. Learned counsel for the complainant has also suffered statement that he has heard the above statement and the same is acceptable to the complainant and that the complaint may be disposed of accordingly and the payment be made by way of account payee cheque.

In view of the aforesaid statements of learned counsel for the parties, the present complaint stands disposed of. However, the parties shall remain bound by their statements. File be consigned to the record room.
