Today is fixed for admission herein. No step has been taken by the complainant. It is now 1.30 pm. On perusal of the record it is found that instant case was filed on 5-4-2018. There after the complainant took several days for herein. So the complainant got a bulk of opportunity. In such circumstances, the forum has no other alternative but to dismiss the case.
