ORDER

Heard the learned proxy counsel for the complainant at some length.

The reasons that have been advanced in M.A. No.395/2019 for restoration of this complaint case are not at all convincing.

Despite strong pleadings on behalf of the complainant made by the counsel Mr. Sarthak Maggon, I see no reason to consider restoration of this M.A.

M.A. No.395/2019 is accordingly dismissed.
