Final Order / Judgement

Today is fixed for hearing on the issue as to admissibility of the complaint.

But none appears to take part in the hearing. It seems to us that the complainant is not interested to proceed with the case. That apart a company has filed this consumer case against an insurance company. Not that for attainment of livelihood the company went in for the insurance policy of the OPs. The company was and is being run for profit. He cannot be deemed to be a consumer under Consumer Protection Act.

The case is therefore disposed of as being not admitted.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
