2. Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd., through its Manager, Bajaj Allianz house, Airport road, Yerwada, Pune-411006.
3. Dilbag agent working in HDFC Bank, Taraori, District Karnal.
4. Rajbir Rana, Branch Manager, HDFC Bank, Taraori.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

                Today the case is fixed for notice to the OPs-3 & 4. Notice could not be issued OPs-3 & 4 due to non filing of RC etc. The present complaint pertains to years 2021 and same is still at the stage of preliminary hearing, repeatedly the case has been adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the complainant. Further adjournment for the same purpose would not be justified at it would amount to wastage of precious time of this Commission.

                Hence, in view the above facts, the present complaint is hereby dismissed. However, complainant is at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction, if so desired. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
