  2. The Director Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company limited, Block, 5. Najafgarh road, industrial area, New Delhi.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  Sh. Dilwar Singh Kajal, counsel for the complainant.

                Sh. Kunal Chopra, counsel for the OPs.

                 

                Today the case is fixed for evidence of the OPs.

                At this stage, learned counsel for the OPs has suffered a separate statement to the effect that matter has been compromised between the parties and as per the compromised, OPs company shall transfer the amount between  Rs.70,000/- to Rs.75,000/- within 30 days from the date of receipt of order in the account of  complainant.

                    On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant has suffered his separate statement to the effect that in view of the statement of learned counsel for the OPs, once the amount is to be paid within 30 days. So, he withdraws the present complaint being fully satisfied.

             In view of statement of learned counsel for both the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Both the parties would be governed by the statement made by their respective counsels. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
