The complainant Smt. Parbati Saha is examined in full and her cross examination is declined by O.P.No-1 and discharged.
Perused the amended complaint and the compromise petition. It appears that both the parties have filed this compromise petitions to dispose of the case in terms of compromise petition. The P.W.1 has deposed for herself as well as on behalf of other complainants also.
The evidence of P.W.1 disclosed that the case has been ended in compromise out of the Commission in between the complainants and the O.P.No-1 and the case has already fixed as ex parte against the O.P.No-2 against whom no relief is claimed. As per evidence of P.W.1 the O.P.No-1 will pay Rs.1,40,000/- to the all complainants in equal share as compensation. Both the parties have put their signatures on the compromise petition voluntarily and if the case is disposed of in terms and conditions of it the complainants have no other allegations. This compromise petition appears to be legal, valid, proper and accepted.
