                File taken up on an application for grant of permission to compromise the case with insurance company.

                Learned counsel for OPs appended his no objection on the aforesaid application. Keeping in view the facts mentioned in the application, no objection appended by learned counsel for OPs and in the interest of justice, application stands allowed.

                Learned counsel for OPs suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the complainant and the company is ready to make payment of ₹1,08,000/- to the complainant within thirty days from today.

                On the other hand, complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OPs and the OPs- company is ready to make payment of ₹1,08,000/- to him within thirty days from today. He further stated that in view of the statement made by learned counsel for OPs, he withdraws present complaint.

       In view of statement of complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
