This complaint coming on before us for final hearing on this day, in the presence of Sri N.Narasimha , Advocate for the Complainant, and Sri T.Rajashekhar, Advocate for the Opposite Party, and on perusing the material papers on record, the Forum passed the following:

The parties are present. They filed I.A.No.105/2012, the memo of compromise and it is separately recorded. The complaint is allowed in terms of compromise directing the Opposite Party to deposit a sum of Rs.13,000/- (Rupees Thirteen thousand only) within one month from today. If there is delay in depositing the amount it shall carry interest @ 9% p.a. from today.
