Complainant - Bramhadin Yadav    Vs.    O.P.- Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd.

Today is fixed for hearing the petition dated 09.03.2022 filed by both the parties.

The complainant files hazira through the Ld. Advocate and the O.Ps also file hazira through the Ld. Advocate.  on 09.03.2022 both the sides have filed a joint petition praying for disposing of the case on compromise stating that both the parties have decided to settle the matter on compromise and the claim has been finally settled at amount of Rs.6,10,000/-(Six Lakh Ten Thousand) only. The O.P.-Bajaj Allianz Insurance Co. Ltd. would pay the said amount to the complainant by an A/c Payee Cheque within sixty days of the order and complainant shall have no claim regarding the compensation as against the O.P.-Bajaj Allianz Insurance Co. Ltd. in future.

The O.P.-Bajaj Allianz Insurance Co. Ltd. has authorized Ld. Advocate Mr. Soumalya Ganguli to effect the compromise on its behalf by putting his signature on the compromise petition. Heard both sides. Considered. Prayer is allowed.

that the case be and the same is disposed in terms of compromise and compromise petition do form part with this order.

Let plain copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of cost as per provisions of law.
