MA/13/2023 Ashok Kumar Vs Bajaj Allianz Genl.Ins. Co.Ltd.

 

Present:- None on behalf of complainant.

 

Today, the Member/Smt.Jyotsna is on leave. As per Office report of Ahlmad, the complaint received through E-Dakhil, but the complainant has filed miscellaneous application instead of complaint and the complaint is also not proper as per Under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act.

Thereafter Notice was issued to the complainant for 19.10.2023, but complainant has not come present and then case was adjourned for different dates i.e. 27.10.2023, 02.11.2023, 06.11.2023 and today on 14.11.2023 for awaiting appearance of the complainant. None has appeared on behalf of the complainant despite notice. It seems that the complainant is not interested to persue the present complaint, so the present complainat is disposed of and file be consigned to the record room.
