Sh.Brij Thakur, Advocate has appeared on behalf of the opposite party and filed power of attorney. He has also made a statement recorded separately that the insurance company offers an amount of Rs.1,15,000/- as full and final settlement for the claim put forth in the present complaint and further stated that one month time be given to the insurance company to deposit the amount. Ld.counsel for the complainants has also suffered statement that he has heard the offer of the insurance company and the same is acceptable to him and the  complaint be disposed of accordingly.

In view of the aforesaid statements of the ld.counsel for the parties, the present complaint is disposed of with the direction to the opposite party-Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited, to make payment of Rs.1,15,000/- to the complainant  as per the offer made as full and final settlement of the claim within one month from the date of receipt of copy of the order. The parties shall remain bound by the statements made today. File be consigned to record room.
