The complainant files a verified petition praying to permit him to withdraw this case with liberty to sue afresh on the ground mentioned in the petition. The O.P. No.1 and 3 file separate haziras through their respective Ld. Advocates.

Heard the petition dt.09.02.2016 filed by the complainant from both sides and considered. The ground mentioned in the petition is not sufficient to grant liberty to sue afresh but the complainant has right to withdraw his complaint. 

Fees paid are correct.

Hence it is

                           Ordered

that the prayer submitted by the complainant is allowed in part permitting the complainant to withdraw the case only.

The case being No. CC-18/2015 is thus disposed of on withdrawal.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each free of cost.
