DHR is present through Ld. Advocate and also files list of documents. The Husband of the DHR Mr. Subal Kr. Dey also present in this Commission. DHR files a petition stating that they have already received the decreetal amount from the O.P. (JDR) and they have no dues to the O.P. (JDR). The husband of the DHR also files a petition to drop the matter as they have no claim against the JDR’S.

Heard, the Ld. Advocate of the DHR as well as the husband of the DHR perused the record the prayer of the DHR is considered and allowed.
