          None appeared for the complainant. Perusal of record shows that none appeared for the complainant on previous dates 22-10-2019 and 14-11-2019 also. Today also none appeared for the complainant to press this complaint.

          Complainant had filed Complaint No. 32/2007 Ramjee Ply Wood & Hardware House V/s Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited and another before this State Commission which has been dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 12-04-2018. The State Commission has not given liberty to complainant to file fresh complaint and complainant has remained absent for three consecutive dates.  None appeared to press complaint today.

          In view of above complaint is dismissed in default of complainant.
