The complaint of the Complainant is partly allowed and the Opposite Party is directed to pay a sum of Rs.80,124/- to the Complainant with 9% interest p.a.from the date of filling of this case till its realization. The Complainant is also entitled for a sum of Rs.10,000/- as compensetion and a sum of Rs.5000/- are also required  to be paid by the Opposite Party to the Complainant towards the cost.
