                No further order received from the Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi. No purpose will be served to keep the execution pending on the roster of this Forum, as it will amount to wastage of public time. After the decision of the Revision Petition NO. 329 of 2016 by the Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file fresh execution petition, if it is advised, so and situation also warrant’s, so, records of the present execution petition is hereby ordered to be consigned to the records treating it unsatisfied.
