Statement of Sh.GPS Rana, Advocate Counsel for the Complainant recorded that today he has received a Cheque bearing No.628535 dated 5.11.2022 for Rs.45,000/- drawn on Standard Chartered Bank in the name of Complainant, Jaswinder Kaur from Sh.Raman Kumar Sharma, Advocate Counsel for the OPs towards compromise amount. As such, he does not want to proceed with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn as fully satisfied being compromised.

So accordingly, in view of statement suffered by Ld. Counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
