This record is placed before the Ld. Bench in view of the put up petition filed by the complainant and endorsed by the Ld. Counsel for the O.Ps. also.  Today the complainant has filed one petition stating that his grievance has been redressed by the Insurance Company amicably out of this Ld. Forum as full and final settlement of his claim, he is not inclined to proceed with this complaint.  It is prayed by the complainant to dispose of the petition of complaint on the ground of non-prosecution.

          The compromise petition filed by the complainant has also been signed by the Ld. Counsel for the O.Ps. and copy is received by the Insurance Company.  Upon perusal of the compromise petition we are of the view that as the complainant is not interested to proceed with the instant complaint further on the ground that his grievance has already been redressed by the Insurance company as full and final settlement of his claim, we are of the view that the complaint be dismissed and dispose of on the ground of non-prosecution.
