Complainant files hazira. The case record is taken up for admission hearing. Perused the petition of complaint and the documents filed therewith. Heard Ld. Lawyer for the Complainant. Considered.

This is an application U/S 11, 12, 13 and 14 of the C. P. Act filed by the Complainant against Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company and United Bank of India praying for directing Op./ Bajaj General Insurance Company to pay Rs. 5,00,000/- for the loan with interest and litigation cost of Rs. 50,000/-. No relief has been claimed against Op. no.(2) United Bank of India. From the cause title of the petition of complaint, it appears that Op. no.1 Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company, against whom relief has been prayed for, carries on business at New Town, Rajarhat, Kolkata-700156 which is beyond the Jurisdiction of this Forum has no territorial Jurisdiction to try this case. As such the petition of complaint is not admitted.
