Mr. S. K. Behara, learned counsel, for the opposite party is present. Records reveals that vide order dated 22-12-2022, 2-2-2023 was fixed for filing evidence on affidavit by the complainant. However, till date the complainant has not file their evidence on affidavit. The complainant was absent on 6-4-2023, 19-5-2023, 29-8-2023, 16-10-2023, 21-11-2023, 6-2-2024. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the complainant side.

             The case is pending since the year, 2013 for disposal. Since the complainant has not filed their evidence on affidavit and remain absent on the dates mentioned above, as such, this complaint stands dismiss for default.
