Today Statement of Sh.Amit Beri, Advocate Counsel for the Complainants recorded that under the instruction of complainant, I hereby receive a Demand Draft bearing No.206921 dated 1211.2020 for Rs.11,500/- favouring Rashmi Chhabra/Insured Complainant No.1 issued by Standard Chartered Bank, Mumbai from Sh.Raman Kumar Sharma, Advocate Counsel for OP's, towards full and final settlement of claim of the Complainant No.2 as well as the present complaint in compromise. Nothing remains due towards the complainant from the Opposite Parties. As such, the present complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied and compromised.

In view of the statement given by Ld. Counsel for the Complainants, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied & compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
