          Perusal of the order dated 9^th December, 2022 passed by Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Punjab at Chandigarh in appeal filed by JDs shows that the JDs has already deposited 50% of the awarded amount with Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Punjab at Chandigarh and the operation of the impugned order has been stayed till further orders. Copy of the order produced on file. In view of this, the present execution application stands disposed off. However, applicant/decree holder is at liberty to file fresh execution application, after the final decision by Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Punjab at Chandigarh, if he so desires. File be consigned to record room.
