Matter was passed over. On the second call also, there is no appearance on behalf of petitioner. On 08.01.2014, following order was passed by this Commission; “Dated : 8th January, 2014 Proxy counsel appearing on behalf of the arguing counsel for the petitioner states that due to pre-occupation Mr Ram Naresh Yadav the arguing counsel for the petitioner will not be able to attend the hearing of the Commission today. Hence, adjournment is sought. On the last date of hearing, i.e., 09.07.2013 learned counsel for the petitioner sought six week time to file certain documents. The same has not been filed till date. However, in the interest of justice, adjournment is granted, subject to payment of adjournment cost of Rs.2,500/-. Cost be deposited by way of demand draft in the name of “Consumer Legal Aid Account” of this Commission within four weeks. In case the petitioner fails to deposit the cost within the stipulated period, the revision petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further orders. Stand over to 7th August 2014”. Since, petitioner has not filed the documents nor has deposited previous adjournment cost of Rs.2,500/-(Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only) within the prescribed period, therefore present revision petition stand dismissed in default as well as for non-prosecution.
