Complainant is absent and unrepresented. It is found that Complainant is not appearing for last two consecutive days. Ld. Advocate for the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 is present. The appeal is taken up for hearing.

Ld. Advocate for the Respondent No.1 and 2 submits that the impugned order is fine and in conformity with the terms and conditions of coverage. It speaks against the claim of the Complainant/Appellant. Ld. District forum has rightly considered all the factums of the case and thereafter dismissed the complaint.

Materials on record very much go to show that there is no imperfection in the impugned order of the Ld. District Forum, in view of coverage no.1 of the policy document. Accordingly, the appeal has got no merit or force. As such, the appeal is dismissed.
