Statement of Sh. Sham Lal son of Sh.Wailati Ram Residsent Mehraj Phul,on oath & Sh.Vind Kumar,counsel for the complainant W.O. Since appeal No.181 of 2008 has been preferred by the opposite parties against the order passed by this Forum and in that appeal,operation of the order has been stayed on the basis of misc.applications No.283 &284 of 2008, complianants do not want to proceed with complaint under section 25&27 of the Consumer Protection Act,1986 at this stage. They may proceed as per order of the Hon'ble State Commission.This complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn.
