ORDER

                    The  parties have amicably settled the matter for a sum of Rs.75000/- .  In view of compromise the counsel for the complainant wants to withdraw the complaint.

                    In view of the above, it is ordered that the OP No.1 shall pay a sum of Rs.75,000/- to the complainant within 25 days from today failing which the OP No.1 shall pay the same amount alongwith interest @9% p.a. from the date of this order till the payment is made. Hence , this  complaint stands dispose off.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
