Ld. Advocate for the complainant/petitioner is present.

Ld. Advocate for the opposite party is present and submits that he has received copy of Misc. Application.

Ld. Advocate for the complainant prays for adding the necessary parties as opposite party nos.2 and 3 fully mentioned and described in the schedule of the application as they are necessary parties to this case.

Ld. Advocate for the opposite party raised strong objection against the prayer of the complainant and submits that evidence of opposite party has already been submitted at the fag end of the case. Complainant has come up with this application for adding Baine Hospital and Dr. Arindam Roy as opposite party to case. He further submits that the addresses of both the opposite parties given in the schedule are incorrect and prays for rejection of the application.

Ld. Advocate for the complainant/petitioner declines to give any reply to the objection of the opposite party.

It appears from the application that the address given in the schedule of the petition is incorrect.

No prayer made by the complainant/petitioner for amending the said incorrect address.

Therefore, Misc. Application dated 07/02/2024 is dismissed on contest without cost.
