          This appeal is filed by the appellant/complainant way back in the year 2013 being aggrieved by the order dated:21/01/2013 passed in C.C.No.19/2012 on the file of Koppal District Consumer Commission, wherein the District Commission dismissed the complaint filed by the complainant.

2.       The appellant not appeared before this Commission in spite of giving sufficient opportunities to address the arguments and to convince how the impugned order passed by the District Commission is not satisfactory and against to law.  We have perused the appeal memo and order passed by the District Commission.  Mere filing of memorandum of appeal is not sufficient to hold the appeal in the absence of any arguments and convincement by the appellant. The appellant did not address the arguments though provided sufficient opportunities.  Hence, it seems that he is not interested in continuing his case.  As such, the appeal requires to be dismissed.  Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.

          Return the LCR forthwith to the concerned District Commission.

          Forward copy of this order to both parties.
