                   File put up today on an application moved by learned counsel for the complainant. Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 1 & 2 suffered a statement that matter has been settled with complainant for full and final amount of Rs.2,30,000/- (Rupees Two lakh thirty thousand only) and opposite party no. 1 & 2 will make the settled amount within period of 45.

                   Learned counsel for the complainant suffered a statement that he has heard the statement made by counsel for opposite party no.1&2 and has no grievances against OP no.1&2. He further stated that the matter be decided in the light of statement made by counsel for the opposite party no.1&2.

                   In view of the statement made by learned counsels for both the parties, present complaint is hereby disposed off being settled with direction to the opposite party no.1&2 to make the payment of alleged amount of Rs.2,30,000/- (Rupees Two lakh thirty thousand only) to the complainant within 45 days failing which the opposite parties shall be liable to pay the settled amount alongwith interest @9% PA on the alleged amount from today i.e. 17.07.2024 till its realization to the complainant. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
