Record is put up today as 14.2.2022 was declared holiday by the Govt.

Complainant files a petition praying to withdraw the complaint petition.

Op files agent hazira.

Heard the ld. Advocates on behalf of the complainant and op. perused the case record and documents it appears from the petition dt. 15.2.2022 that the dispute between the parties have been settled amicably and the op refunded the policy amount to the complainant as such the complainant desired to withdraw the complaint petition pending before this Commission.

Op have no objection on that score.

In this circumstances this commission is in the opinion that the dispute cropped up between the parties has been settled amicably and the complainant is no longer willing to proceed with the instant complaint petition.

In this arena this Commission may not cause impediment at the pious act of the parties. As such the complainant petition deserved to be dismissed due to withdrawal.

Hence ordered that the complainant petition being C.C. Case no. 153 of 2019 be and the same is dismissed due to withdrawal.
