Present:       Shri Balkishan, Adv. for complainant.

                    Shri Avinash Sardana, Advocate for OP no.1.

                    OP no.2 ex parte.

 

ORDER

                   The counsel for complainant has made a statement before this Commission that due to some technical deficiency, he wants to withdraw the present complaint and he may be permitted to file a fresh complaint. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

                    In view of above statement of counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is made clear that the complainant shall be at liberty to file a fresh complaint, if any, before the appropriate court/competent authority as per law. Copy of the order be supplied to both the parties, free of costs.

                   File be consigned to the record-room, after due compliance
