P.K.Singla, Advocate counsel for the opposite parties, who had already been representing them in complaint No.36 dated, 17.3.2008, in which order under execution, has been passed, has also appeared and filed memo of appearance on their behalf. He has also produced on record copies of cheque drawn in the sum of Rs. 10,26,868/- in favour of Honorable State Commission and copy of receipt. Vide order dated 21.4.2009, passed in appeal, Honorable State Commission has stayed the operation of the impugned order, subject to deposit of amount, within a period of four weeks, failing which stay order shall stand automatically vacated. As per the document produced on record by the counsel for the opposite parties, amount have been deposited within stipulated period, as directed by the Honorable State Commission. In view of the same, execution application is ordered to be consigned to record sine-die with further direction to be taken up again after disposal of appeal on filing application by either party.
