                   Sh.G.S.Kalyan, Advocate for respondents.

 

                   Sh.G.S.Kalyan, Adv. for respondents has suffered a statement that the company has appointed IRDA licensed Surveyor to assess the loss and the said surveyor has assessed the loss as per terms and conditions of the policy. The company will comply the order within 45 days as per assessment.

                   In view of statement suffered by Ld. Counsel for respondents, the present execution application stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents to comply with the order as per the statement suffered by their counsel within 45 days from today. However, applicant is at liberty to get the present execution application revived, in case the respondents is failed to comply with the order, as per the statement suffered by Ld. Counsel for respondents. File be consigned to record room.
