Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 06.06.2019. Complainant is not appearing since 30.11.2023. Complainant was directed to file Rejoinder and Evidence on 24.05.2023. On the last date of hearing i.e. 30.11.2023 last and final opportunity was granted to complainant for filing Rejoinder / Evidence but complainant failed to take steps in this behalf. Today also complainant is absent. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
