Since morning none appeared on behalf of complainant despite repeated calls. Perusal of record shows that complainant appeared before this commission lastly on 14.12.2019 and thereafter matter adjourned for so many dates but complainant never appeared. Even after resuming of the physical hearing complainant appeared once, on his request an opportunity is given to him to address argument but thereafter complainant neither appeared on the last date nor today. It seems that complainant is not interested in pursuing the present complaint. The present complaint stands dismissed in default.
