This complaint coming on before us for final hearing on this day, in the presence of Sri Ch.Nagaraju, Advocate for the Complainant, and Sri T.Rajashekhar, Advocate for the Opposite Party, and on perusing the material papers on record, the Forum passed the following:

BY SRI MAMIDI CHRISTOPHER, PRESIDENT
The Complainant is present in this Forum, on this day and presented a joint memo, stating that he had compromised with Opposite Party and settled the matter for Rs.39,000/- [Rupees Thirty nine thousand only] towards full and final settlement in the present case. The Opposite Party agreed to deposit the same in this Forum within 30 days from the date of receipt of this order. The Opposite Party agreed to pay interest at the rate of 6% p.a. in case of failure to deposit the compromised amount.
Hence, this complaint is closed as compromised.
