1. Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd. 3^rd floor, Minarva Complex, Ambala Cantt 133001, Tel: No. 01714007034, 2640048 through its manager.
2. Punjab National Bank, Branch Shahabad, District Kurukshetra, through its Branch Manager.

                        Ld. Counsel for the complainant has made a statement that due to some technical defects he does not want to proceed with the present complaint and withdraw the same.

                        In view of the abovesaid statement made by the Ld. Counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. The complainant is at liberty to seek the remedy in appropriate Court of law. Original documents if any placed on record by the complainant be returned and photocopy of the same be place on record. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
