Final Order / Judgement 30.11..2023 Present: None for the applicants.   This order will dispose of the present miscellaneous application dated 14.11.2023 moved by the applicants for extension of time to file their written version. Due to additional duty of P.O at DCC, Bathinda the quorum was incomplete on 14.11.2023  and case was adjourned for 24.11.2023 and then for today i.e 30.11.2023. But stipulated period of 45 days to file written version by the Ops/applicants has already expired and the applicants failed to file their written version within stipulated period. Due to incomplete quorum the Commission was not in a position to pass an effective/appropriate order in the present application. Therefore, the present miscellaneous application became infructuous. As such, the same stands disposed off.
