Learned counsel for opposite party has stated that opposite party is ready to dissolve the matter under compromise and offered the complainant a sum of Rs. 33000/- in full and final settlement of his claim within 45 days from today, failing which the complainant is entitled to get interest @ 9% p.a till final realization of amount.

Learned counsel for complainant has suffered a statement that in view of the above statement, he withdraws the present complaint.

In view of the statements of both the counsels for the parties recorded separately, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties will be bound by their statements. File be indexed and consigned to record.
