On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that last appearance was entered into by the complainant on 16.10.2019. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. In fact, court notice was also sent to complainant on 23.08.2023 which was duly served on 24.08.2023. Despite service of Court notice, complainant did not appear today.  Commission is not inclined to accommodate complaint any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for willful non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
